Easy Cashew Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

3/4 cup raw cashews

3 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix/pulse until a fine meal is achieved. Stir in lemon juice and let sit for 15 minutes.

Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh. Lasts for about 2 weeks.
