Hummus with Paprika and Toasted Sesame Seeds

Preparation
In a food processor, puree the chickpeas with the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt and pepper. Add about 1/4 cup of water and blend until creamy. Taste and season.
Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and toasted sesame seeds, and serve.

1 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, or 1.5 cups cooked chickpeas
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for serving
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
black pepper to taste
