Fresh Mint Tea
Simple, soulful, and calming, fresh mint tea is a lovely end to a meal. For a deliciously sweet Moroccan-style tea, stir in sugar and serve hot. Or squeeze in a wedge of lemon for a refreshing pick-me-up.

Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup fresh mint leaves
Optional: lemon, and/or honey or sugar
Preparation:
1. Bring water to a boil in a tea kettle or saucepan. Turn off heat and add mint leaves.
2. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. Pour into individual mugs, or over ice if preferred cold. If you’d like, stir in 1 tsp honey or sugar per cup, or add a squeeze of lemon.
