Ingredients:

1 Slice of toast

1/2 Avocado

Hummus
(store bought or make your own, see recipes)

Herby Green Lentil Spread

Chive and Parsley Hummus

Super Simple Hummus

Optional:

Sea salt, red pepper flakes

Preparation:

Spread hummus on toast. Slice avocado and place on top. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes as desired.
